AGENDA
- Review the Minutes from the 2019 Annual General Meeting – available on the Rosethorn Tennis Club website for your review in preparation for the AGM
- Approve the Amendments proposed to the Constitution
- Annual reporting by the Executive
- Review of the Club finances for the 2020 season
- Confirmation of the actions taken by the 2020 Executive
- Resignation of the 2020 Executive
- Election of the 2021 Executive
- Transaction of such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting
- Termination of the meeting

All members are encouraged to attend, as a substantial representation of the membership is required in order to conduct the meeting.
